You're invited! Join Montco SAAC at our Ambler Center on Thursday, August 14 at 12:30 PM for a free introduction to Transcendental Meditation, presented by the Philadelphia TM Center. Open to the public. Bring a friend!
What do Jerry Seinfeld, Katy Perry, Howard Stern, and The Beatles all have in common? They've all practiced Transcendental Meditation (TM), a simple, effortless technique practiced for just 20 minutes, twice a day.
TM isn't just for celebrities. In 2025, the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology updated their national blood pressure guideline to recognize TM, This is the first time any meditation technique is listed as a reasonable option for helping to lower blood pressure. Research has also linked regular TM practice to reduced anxiety and, in studies of older adults, improvements in memory, mental flexibility, and overall well-being.
At this free, no-obligation session, a certified instructor from the Philadelphia TM Center will explain what TM is, how it works, and answer your questions.
No meditation experience necessary.
