Montco SAAC Centers

Montco SAAC has two senior centers located in Ambler and Norristown. Each site offers a wide variety of health and fitness classes, art classes, and diverse opportunities to socialize.

For over 50 years, Montco SAAC has provided crucial services and peace of mind for adults age 50 and older in Montgomery County. Montco SAAC began in 1965 as a welcoming place for seniors to receive a warm, nutritious lunch and has since grown to include a comprehensive inter-generational art center, three Meals on Wheels programs and two ever-evolving senior centers.

Montco SAAC’s centers continue to serve older adults in Montgomery County in the same warm, welcoming way that its founders did over fifty years ago; However, we now provide much more than lunches. Both Montco SAAC centers offer educational programming, nutrition programming, fitness classes, art classes and on-site social workers that help connect members with any services they may need.
