Private Pay Meals

Montco SAAC offers a private pay option for adults who need reliable, nutritious meals delivered to their home with regular human connection and wellness support.

This option is available to adults of any age who do not qualify for county-subsidized Meals on Wheels or who need meals for a short-term or transitional period.

Who Private Pay Is For?

Private pay meals are designed for adults who need help with meals due to a temporary or ongoing situation, including:

  • Post-surgical recovery or hospital discharge

  • Illness, injury, or mobility limitations

  • Chronic health conditions that make cooking difficult

  • Caregivers seeking support for a loved one

  • Adults who want meals delivered with a wellness check, not left at the door

There is no income screening and no county referral required.

The Details:

At Montco SAAC, we make it simple to stay nourished and connected in your own home, with no waitlists, no complicated eligibility, and no contracts.

One Simple Rate

  • $7.50 per meal (Choose from a variety of meals locally prepared and dietician approved.)

  • $15 per day for two fresh meals delivered to you in-person, by our staff or trusted volunteer.

  • $105 per week (7 days, 14 meals) – easy auto-billing available

You always receive the full Montco SAAC service:

  • Two nutritious meals prepared fresh daily by Kremmer’s Community Kitchen (dietary needs gladly accommodated)

  • Daily delivery by a trusted local volunteer

  • A friendly wellness check and real human connection at every visit

  • Full access to all Montco SAAC social services, activities, and support programs

Can’t afford the full rate right now?

No problem. We have availability for reduced rate based your situation. We quietly cover the difference through community donations so you still receive the complete service, with dignity and without paperwork.
