Service Description

Instructor: Harold Gans 6 Weeks Course Dates: March 27, April 3, 10, 17, 24, & May 1 Time: 9:30AM-11:30AM Cost: $125 member $140 nonmember Location of Class: ACAA, 45 Forest Ave. Ambler, PA In this class we’ll focus on the architectural houses on Lindenwold Ave in Ambler. Working from a photo provided by Mr. Gans you will start with sketches to develop your picture. You’ll also learn the importance of working with the correct materials and paper to achieve a finished professional look to your artwork. The majority of time will be devoted to drawing and refining your skills. Within this class you’ll learn the importance of composition, shading, shadows and perspective. We will have discussions on value, hue, and color while working with colored pencils or watercolors. The skills you develop in this class can be applied to any medium. A list of materials is provided, and Mr. Gans will contact you regarding these materials. All skill levels are welcomed.
