The list of products for acrylics is vast but we'll start with a few basics. Canvas (1) 9x12 or (1) 11x14. Primary colors, black and white. Don’t buy too many paints. I will have enough to get us started and we will discuss different possible palettes in lesson one. Assorted brushes and a plastic palette knife or two. A palette for mixing colors. BIO I have been interested in art for 50 years and I think the primary driver for this interest is my experience of the aesthetic response. I see something or imagine something that is emotionally moving and want to express it. Development in art requires practice and more practice. Sometimes I think the study of color alone could be enough but there is much more. I like to draw and paint, mostly abstract, do collage, and also use the computer to make graphic designs and mandalas. I have had a career as a retail florist, a painting contractor and faux finisher. Refund Policy Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances a class must be cancelled. When that happens, we will be happy to credit you for another class or a different session throughout the year. This credit will be good for one (1) year and can be used for any class that has availability and space.
